I regularly do screen dumps and add them to word processed documents to help staff or users do something, but I think jing goes one step further and allows you to make these screen shots into a video. Hmmmm, sounds good, but I didn't get as far as I could with this as I am so un-tech-savvy that I don't know how to use a microphone (if I had one) and really need someone to take me through this word-by-word!

I started on time, but have managed to fall way behind. One of the later posts suggests that the things will be available for some time to come, so you could start anytime and work at your own pace. There may not be so many people to "talk" to though as the co-ordinated start has meant that lots of people were in the same place at the same time - if you see what I mean!stjeromehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02358079860710812787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8638309613142554834.post-21914623347091949062011-10-05T12:51:46.032-07:002011-10-05T12:51:46.032-07:00Is jing any different to taking a screen shot usin...Is jing any different to taking a screen shot using the normal keyboard shortcuts? I really must get around to starting on the cpd23 trail - although wondering if I'm too late, and will I have time to do it all. Did you start late, or has it been a problem to find the time?Nickynoreply@blogger.com
